How far ahead should we write?

Up to twelve months ahead. For spring and autumn, when the best houses fill first, earlier is better; later than you would like, write anyway and we will say what is still possible.

Do you handle international flights?

On request. Most clients book their own; send us the times and we design day one around them. Internal flights in Türkiye we book as part of the journey.

Do you also work with larger groups and events?

Private groups and small celebrations, yes, as part of a journey. Business meetings and large events are handled by our sister brand GlowMeets, within the Mervin Globe group.

You keep the client. We design and run the journey in Türkiye, write it up as a dossier under your name if you prefer, and answer at any hour while they are here.

How it works

Send us what you know: who is travelling, roughly when, what they have asked for and what they have not said. A designer in Istanbul replies within twenty-four hours, any day but Sunday, usually with questions. The journey comes back as a written dossier: the route, the days, the houses and why each was chosen. You present it as you wish; we redraw it as often as it needs.

If you arrive with an itinerary already drafted, we work from it: we add what we know, say plainly what we would change, and run it on the ground.

What we bring

We live here. The guides are chosen for the client, not from a list; the boats are ours for the day; the balloon carries only your clients; the car and driver are theirs in every place. One designer stays with the journey from the first message to the flight home, and someone in Türkiye answers at any hour while your clients travel.

Our places: Istanbul, Cappadocia, Bodrum and the Aegean, Antalya and the Lycian coast, and the eastern Black Sea. The example journeys show the shapes we design most.

What you can check

Mervin Travel has designed private journeys in Türkiye since 2014. It is licensed by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism and registered with TÜRSAB, licence no. 7790, which anyone can look up on TÜRSAB's verification service. Money

We invoice in US dollars, euros or pounds sterling, by bank transfer or credit card. A deposit of twenty per cent confirms a journey and the balance is due up to seven days before the first check-in. Cancellation terms follow those of the hotels and operators booked, and are written into the dossier before anything is confirmed. How we work with you commercially is agreed in writing before the first dossier; write to us and we will set it out.
